Mariusz Kaczmarek

Mariusz Kaczmarek, born in 1976 in Sulęcin, Poland, is a notable Polish artist known for his work in painting, graphics (especially lithography), drawing, ceramics, and poster art. He completed his studies at the Institute of Fine Arts and Culture in Zielona Góra. Kaczmarek is associated with the art groups Pławna 9 and Speedway Kapsel. He operates an open art studio called "meszuge" in Kostrzyn nad Odrą and organizes the lithographic plein air event "Kamień na kamieniu."

Kaczmarek has held numerous solo exhibitions across various cities, including Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poznań, Kraków, Świdnica, Berlin, Saint-Dizier, Toruń, Wrocław, Schwedt, and more. He has also participated in many group exhibitions, such as the Young Art Salon in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the Jewish Culture Days in Budapest. Additionally, his works have been published in the magazine "Charaktery" and on the album cover for the band CZESŁAW ŚPIEWA Miłosza.

Kaczmarek's artworks have been auctioned and are held in various collections, reflecting his growing reputation in the art world. His diverse artistic practice and engagement with the art community make him a prominent figure in contemporary Polish art.
